By Road
Hatfield House (and the Tennis Club) is 21 miles from Central London, 7 miles North of the M25 motorway (junction 23) and 2 miles East of the A1(M) (junction 4). Exit the A1(M) at junction 4 (after the Hatfield Tunnel if travelling from the South) and follow the brown leisure signs for Hatfield House via the A414 and A1000. Ignore the main entrance, opposite the station, and continue south to the first mini roundabout and follow the directions below for parking.
By Rail
Trains from Cambridge take an hour, from Newmarket somewhat longer. The
fast train from London, Kings Cross to Hatfield takes 25 minutes. There
are London Underground links with this mainline at Finsbury Park (Piccadilly
and Victoria lines).
It takes five minutes to walk through Old Hatfield and up Fore St to reach
the Club.

Parking
Parking is very restricted in Old Hatfield particularly in Fore St. Please
use the Hatfield House car and coach park which can be reached via George's
Gate accessible from the A1000/B187 mini roundabout, opposite a large Citroen
dealership. Post code: AL9 5HX for Sat Nav. Follow the
signs to the Old Palace and it is a brief walk from the car park to reach
the Tennis Court.
